Ballymena Business Centre was delighted to present the first copy of ‘The Linen Legacy Woven into the Fabric of Ballymena’ to Alderman Tom Gordon, Mayor of Mid and East Antrim Borough Council, as part of the celebrations marking Ballymena’s 400th Anniversary.

This special commemorative booklet, written by Jim Stevenson of Midtown Makers Gift Shop and beautifully illustrated by Amanda Jones, also of Midtown Makers Gift Shop, celebrates Ballymena’s rich linen heritage and the important role the industry played in shaping the town’s history, identity, and community.

Generously sponsored by Wallace Enterprises, a limited print run of 400 copies was produced to mark this significant milestone in Ballymena’s history, one copy for each year being celebrated.
