The Board of Directors is supported by an Executive Team led by Melanie Christie Boyle MBE, Chief Executive.  The team has demonstrated a long term commitment to Ballymena Business Centre and the community it serves, going the extra mile for all its customers.
Melanie Christie Boyle MBE, Chief Executive: Melanie joined the enterprise network in 1994 having completed a Masters Degree in Marketing. Melanie has expanded the property portfolio from 21 to 102 workspace units; implemented regeneration projects in deprived areas and town centre and secured over £5m economic investment.

Karen Wilson, Start Up Business Advisor: Karen has 17 years sales and marketing experience in the media industry. After having her second child she began working in the local enterprise sector providing start-up advice and guidance to assist local entrepreneurs set up and begin trading; an occupation that she truly enjoys.
Mark Donald, Start Up Business Advisor: Mark is dedicated to helping entrepreneurs on the first step of their business journeys. Mark is a marketing specialist who prides himself on finding individual solutions with both cutting edge and robust marketing ideas to generate and build sales and customer relationships.
Lawrence Greer, Start Up Business Advisor.  Lawrence holds a Degree in Economics and has been a business advisor and trainer for over 13 years.
He has experience in project management and project evaluation, with specialist experience in the social economy sector through his delivery of Invest NI SEP and Social Enterprise Hubs programmes.
